With over 20 years of management and human resources expertise, Lisa’s background includes recruitment, employee and leadership development, employee rewards and recognition, and career and succession planning. She has also applied her organizational development skills to executive positions on community and professional organization boards by developing strategy plans in collaboration with the board members, and redesigning business structure and processes for the groups.
Lisa believes “What cannot be measured, cannot be improved”, and that includes talent acquisition and development. She integrates quality and process improvement into all aspects of her coaching practice and program deliverables. Lisa’s love for harmony, learning and understanding of the human psyche and its impact on human behavior and organizational outcomes led her to MBTI® certification and the application of type to individual and organizational dynamics.
She earned her Bachelor’s of Art from Augusta University and her Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She is active in professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration, the Houston Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration and the Association for Psychological Type International.
When not busy color-coding chaos and organizing it into a process flowchart, Lisa sneaks off to travel with her husband to places never seen before.
